The HeroStrength® Series incline/decline J-Bench is made from heavy duty, commercial grade steel – built to last a lifetime.
Just ask 3x Olympic Gymnast, Jonathan Horton, who called it the “most solid bench I’ve ever used”. The J-Bench has 10 different incline/decline positions ranging from -15° to +85°.
The back pad tapers at the top to 10″ wide to allow you full functional bench presses and arm movements during exercise.
Its seat and back pad are a firm, durable, yet comfortable, 2 5/8” thick. It includes an ergonomic steel handle with textured grip, along with 2 wheels for easy 1-handed repositioning of the bench and storage when not in use.
The bench comes fully assembled and ready to go!
