I bought the 5-50 lbs. set in June 2020. I’m very happy with them.
The order, service & delivery process were friendly & fast. First, a real person from Hampton Fitness e-mailed to confirm the order and that the shipper had my package within 12 hours. Next, within 48 hours I had the palette of dumb bells in my driveway. This, when I couldn’t even find dumbbells to buy anywhere. I e-mailed a few questions about other compatible products (racks for my new weights), and got immediate responses. Great service from the Hampton. Their delivery service was equally good. The freight company driver called on his way, the driver was super friendly. The dumb bells arrived with no damage.
As for the dumb bells themselves: They are expensive but available and top quality. they do not smell, like rubber dumb bells do, and they seem good quality and feel great in my hand. I have used the Gel-Grips (another Hampton Fitness product) at a gym, and would have loved those, but at twice the price, I’ll save those as my reward for needing the heavier set.
