If your item has not shipped, you may be able to request a cancellation and refund.

When you get the refund confirmation email, please note it may take 5-10 days for it to be reflected in your credit card account.

In most cases, we can refund items before they ship. If the item(s) have shipped, in rare cases, at our discretion, we will allow you to return the product within 7 days of product receipt; provided with its original packaging it can be resold as new. These are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus shipping costs.
